Step 1:
​Click the three-dots menu in the upper right corner of Chrome
​

Step 2:
​Hover your mouse over "More tools" then select "Clear browsing data..." on the menu
​

Step 3:
​On the Clear browsing data screen, make sure to select All time in the Time rang, all checkboxes are checked, and lastly click in Clear data.

Step 4.
​Restart your Google Chrome browser.

Note: You may press Ctrl + Shift + Del shortcut key to bring up the clear browsing data menu.
