Step 1:

Select Text Template from the left panel on your screen → choose a text template of your choice → click on the template to add it to your canvas ↓

Step 2:
Select/click on the text template and ungroup it. You may right-click and select ungroup or you may uncheck the Group checkbox found on the right panel of your screen

Step 3:
Once you have ungrouped them, you will now be able to edit each component of the template
